Producing high-quality documentation for complex software products
Collaborating with, and independently gathering information from subject matter experts in multiple teams, including product managers, developers, QA, support, customer success, and marketing
Working in a complex, dynamic, and global environment
Writing easy-to-understand user interface text
Your tool box
Native English speaker, spoken Hebrew
2-5 years’ experience writing technical documentation for complex software products
Strong interpersonal communication skills with an ability to build relationships and work across multi-functional departments
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter
Ability to multitask and manage your time
Ability to communicate technical concepts and processes using clear and simple language
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience using Madcap Flare - advantage
Experience creating videos – advantage
