Agricultural/Environmental Engineer looking to network

Hello, I just graduated from Bioresource Engineering in Canada and moved to Israel (living in the center). I'd really like to start networking in this field... finding jobs online is almost impossible! I've never encountered "zero results" on a Linkedin search, ever.
