A start up company is looking for an experienced Ad Operations Manager to join their TLV team!
As an ad ops manager you will be in charge of managing the display advertising across a network of premium publishers (Direct publishers only).
The daily job includes managing and optimizing all the display activity in the company's network, onboarding new publishers, working closely with the R&D team on technological solutions and problem solving and developing new monetisation solutions.
The position requires both strategic thinking as well as “hands on” work on various platforms.
Responsibilities: -Trafficking line items and QAing creatives -Offering optimization suggestions throughout the campaign - Troubleshooting issues with delivery - Providing intelligent post-campaign analysis and insight - Forecasting inventory for the Sales - Monitor each partners revenue and performance closely, and communicate changes to key stakeholders - Give feedback to the product team on feature requests, product enhancements and reporting requests from publishers - Working with publishers and sales teams to support requests, traffic campaigns and report on status. - Provide support for any technical integration issues with publisher tags
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in programmatic display advertising -Google Ad Manager expert - a must -Familiar with advertising platforms (SSPs, DSPs, Ad serving systems) - Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem - Experience in both web and in-app advertising - Deep understanding of header bidding - Experience in working in technological environments - Technical orientation - Experience in a product company - an advantage - Experience in working with premium publishers - an advantage - Team player - Fluent English - Detail oriented
