An iconic beauty brand full of hair and body products are looking for an Associate Marketing Manager to join their team!!
Under the direction of the Director of Brand Development, the Loyalty Program Manager is responsible for the development and implantation of new and current programs to achieve organizational goals and increase customer satisfaction and membership growth.
Responsibilities: - Responsible for all marketing plans and executions for specific International countries and responsible with the sales director to the growth in the market. - The main point contact for the market in all Marketing related topics. - Work closely with the sales director responsible for that market and always know what is going on in the market, what are the objectives and what are their challenges. - Build, update and execute Marketing plans according to the set objectives for the market. - Ensure all necessary materials are ready to support launches and other initiatives. - Align with all other departments and make sure they are all ready to support the launches and initiatives for the market. - Ongoing daily communications with distributers regarding marketing matters (feedback, support, promotions, products, salon programs, campaigns). - Work closely with the design team and the distributors to approve all localization & development of new assets (translation and lay-out) - Customize POS materials for existing or new launches based on market needs - Work with graphic design team to customize in salon branding for top accounts - Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all initiatives are approved by marketing and do not exceed the allotted amount given for the year. - Ensuring all Sales Brand Managers & Education team are given proper and key information about marketing and kept in the loop on all matters. - Work to ensure all global feedback is taken into consideration in future planning. - Be the lead manager for specific launches/programs defined by the Senior Manager/Director. - Work closely with marketing departments; digital, advertising, PR, education, business development, brand managers and sales (sell-out data and purchasing) to establish focuses and planning customized campaigns with respective departments to create a full 360 scope campaign and ignite all the factors to contribute and speak in "one language" in time of the campaign/focus. - Marketing budget planning – create budget breakdown per the activities in each market and their needs for the ongoing year. - Work closely with the associate sales - Present new launches and brand presentations to the distributors, their teams and internal teams. - Monitor the success of launches, promotions and programs and be able to recommend actions based on this analysis.
Requirements: - 3-5 years of similar experience (Product Manager/Brand Manager) working for an International Cosmetics company - Bachelor degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, Digital and/or related fields. - Fluent in English, written and verbal & Strong Hebrew. - Experience working with International – Advantage - Proven experience managing marketing budgets. - Experience working on digital marketing – an advantage - Proactive, takes initiative. - Thrives in an international and corporate environment. - Able to work in a team or individually - Flexibility to travel and work extra hours as needed
