A marketing company is looking for an experienced content manager, with experience in the financial industry, to join their growing content team in Tel Aviv!
This position requires someone who is hard-working, motivated, and eager to take the lead on new projects. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing content, across a number of different categories on a specific website.
Responsibilities: - Research, plan commission, create, and edit content across all categories and channels - Perform regular market research - Stay up-to-date with regards to digital content trends - Contribute to the monthly editorial calendar and newsletters - Identify gaps and create / commission inspiring and engaging content, ensuring it is written to a high standard - Produce creative and compelling content, and ensure that all the content that is produced is consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels - Manage and work with remote freelance writers - Upload new articles and reviews to their sites - Regularly update existing content and creating new content - Research and implement improvements to existing content strategies - Act as the “expert” or go-to person for knowledge on different verticals
Requirements: - Native English speaker (is essential) - Content experience gained within the Financial Services sector (is essential) - 2+ years of content management, copywriting, and editing experience - Strong ability to write engaging storytelling content pieces, across digital channels - Strong understanding of SEO and digital content - Strong project management and time management skills - Ability to work independently, as well as in a team, and meet deadlines - Goal and results-driven - Experience working with various departments on projects (i.e., sales, marketing, etc.) - Experience performing market research into new topics - Familiar with creating content for social media campaigns - Experience using and uploading content to a CMS, especially WordPress - Advantage – experience finding and managing freelancers - Advantage – experience with online marketing - Advantage – knowledge in the comparison website industry
