Looking to build a strong foundation in global marketing and communications? This is a great opportunity! You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director on all areas of marketing, including social media, branding, community management, copywriting, advertising, SEO/SEM, paid digital marketing, PR, and more!
Provide project management (ideal for the detail obsessed and super organized!) and assistance in research, content creation, social media, campaign management, as needed.
Some of what you’ll do:
Content creation, scheduling, posting and engagement and PR team collaboration
Assist in managing our brand identity relaunch and maintaining our brand
Campaign management support via writing, organizing, research and analytics
Provide administrative and project management support as needed
A “typical” day might include:
- 1-2 hours of scheduling, posting and monitoring social media.
- 2-3 hours of project management for our many campaigns and creative projects.
- 1-2 hours of pulling campaign performance data so we can visualize effectiveness.
- 1-2 hours of research into target markets and brainstorming campaign ideas.

Detail oriented and organized (this is key!)
Native or near-native English
3-5 years of professional experience specifically demonstrating project management skills
Marketing / Communications / Social Media / Writing experience
