A growing company is looking for a full-time, hands-on Marketing - Social Media and Content Manager to run our day-to-day community management, strategize and assist with the creation of content for all owned and external channels, and run their paid media campaigns, including social advertising and paid search.
Why is this role unique?
Unlike many social media roles, you’ll be responsible for overseeingboth the organic and paid channels. You’ll have responsibility for preparing weekly campaign performance reports and educating the team on best practices for both paid and organic media. You’ll also have the opportunity to inform key decisions for how and where they spend their investment advertising dollars and content development..

What does the day-to-day look like?
You’ll oversee all of our organic content, be responsible for engaging with and responding to customer feedback on their product. You’ll work closely with our UI/UX and designer to ensure content needs are being met and that they’re optimizing content development accordingly.
You’ll also be responsible for launching, optimizing, and reporting on all paid search and social media campaigns and work closely with the head of marketing to ensure targeting, campaign goals, and ad types are aligned to the overall strategy. Your KPIs will include your ability to manage a monthly budget, report on campaign performance (weekly), and make optimizations in-flight in order to improve campaign performance.
Native English speaker - and needless to say, impeccable grammar and attention to detail
2-3 years of experience running paid ads (search and social) for a technology company
Experience compiling and presenting weekly reports (with key insights) on social activity and providing actionable recommendations for improving community management, targeting, and content across all channels
Ability to work smart (not hard) and get things done fast
Familiarity with start-up culture (and the saying “all-hands on deck”)
Good attitude and passion for helping people (we’re a social impact company after all!)
Ability to take direction ..and run with it! We're looking for someone who can be a leader, work autonomously, and help educate the rest of the team on social and search best practices
Available to commute to office in Ramat Gan
Experience working with a social media management tool (Hootsuite, MeetEdgar, Sendible, etc.)
Content Development: experience creating and maintaining (monthly or yearly) content calendar
Experience writing excellent copy for social media platforms
