A global e-commerce brand in Ramat Hachayal is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist to join their team!

As a Senior Creative Strategist you will be positioned on the intersection between creative design, innovation and business strategy.
You will collaborate with internal teams, like - acquisition, retention, studio, content as well as with our media partners at Facebook and Google, to develop best-in-class creative across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other emerging platforms.
You’ll leverage your full range of storytelling abilities to present your ideas, you’ll then work to execute these ideas and bring them to the market.
The company is looking for someone with deep experience in advertising strategy who is curious about how data can shape creativity, how creativity can impact campaign performance, and how technology can underpin clever and efficient creative ideas.
Responsibilities: - Initiate and oversee creative development of cross-platform paid media campaigns to drive revenue growth - Develop brand, business and direct response creative strategies - Uncover social insights and develop Facebook and Instagram solutions that drive the key business goals while maintaining a high bar for creativity - Partner with others on the team to make your and their ideas shine, leveraging best practices to all campaigns and creative executions - Work closely with acquisition team to concept creative ideas that result in effective, breakthrough communication - Demonstrate creative thought leadership, keeping ahead of trends and providing proactive inspiration and recommendations
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience from performance creative agencies, in-house creative teams and/or digital production companies. - Background as an art director/copywriter/film Maker - a plus. - Hands-on experience with multi-million dollar FB/IG/YT performance/direct response campaigns. - Data-driven. A working knowledge of performance marketing and experience in developing direct response creative, learning new tools and distilling data into unique insights - Builder. Hands-on design and making skills - from video prototypes to assets mock-ups - Strategic. Deep understanding of brand marketing and how to build brilliant strategies across multiple verticals
