LiveU is looking for a talented Technical Leader to join our Core division and lead Liveu's R&D research projects with a focus on discovery and learning new HW components that might support LiveU’s future platforms.

Location: Kfar-Saba, Israel
Role and Responsibilities:
- Reporting to LiveU’s chief Architect
- Enhancements and expansion of our current line of products as well as participate in the development and design of a new and exciting product
- Leading research projects that include:
Bring up and analysis of new HW components (SOM, SOC)
Working closely with LiveU-Core’s Infrastructure and HW teams
Familiarity with Linux features such as networking and multiprocessing that support LiveU’s applications
In-depth understanding in LiveU’s Networking and Video-Streaming bonding and non-bonding applications and algorithms other multiple IP based links simultaneously.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
B.Sc. degree in Computer-Science or a related field from a known university
Knowledge and skills
Over 5 years of experience in similar positions
Proven experience in bring up of SOM/SOC HW components
Experience with C/ C++
Knowledge of Linux environments
Advantages:

Experiences with OOP methodology
Knowledge in python
Deep knowledge of internet technologies
Experience in Video streaming applications that include encoding/decoding and video processing
Experienced in leading multiple projects
