Responsibilities
Customer support Engineer.
Provide complete solutions to complicated technical service calls via telephone
Responsibility for customer support cases coming from both emails and phone calls.
Gain and maintain full knowledge of the company's' products and flows.
Support Sales on-site as best advisor when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication skills in - English – Must.
Technical understanding and experience in Linux environment - advantage
Experience in technical support Tier 1
Experience in video – Advantage
Experience in Online streaming (CDN) – Advantage
Experience in telecommunication – Advantage
Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, hi-tech environment – Advantage
Cognitive and Interpersonal Skills
