Requirements:
✏️ Passionate about technical documentation
✏️ 1 - 3 years of experience writing technical documentation for software products
✏️ Write and speak in English at a native level
✏️ Advantage - Experience with DITA /XML /TBW
Responsibilities:
✏️ Become a domain expert in our products
✏️ Create, maintain and publish high-quality technical content
✏️ Improve content based on user feedback + analytics
✏️ Brainstorm designs and suggestions to improve new features and capabilities
✏️ Speak with customers + prospects to help with new sales and upsell opportunities
