We are looking for our next Affiliate Manager to join our team.

The Affiliate Manager will focus on client acquisition by building and servicing relationships of affiliate organizations and members.
Responsibilities:
Operate, optimize and grow our partnerships marketing acquisition channel
Optimize the affiliate marketing program (terms, commission structure, etc.)
Develop scalable partnership opportunities deal flow (inbound & outbound) with clear, Measurable goals
Manage the onboarding of newly launched partnerships
Accountable for program business goals and meet your target KPIs on a monthly basis
Maintain great relationships with key accounts inside and outside the industry and develop future accounts and provide them with quality customer service for all existing partners
Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience as an account manager or similar role
Experience in Gaming/Gambling/Fintech- A PLUS
Proven customer service and sales skills
Knowledge of affiliate marketing techniques, deal types, methods and tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organization and time management abilities.
High level of English (speaking, writing) is a MUST- French is a PLUS
Passion for negotiating great deals and optimizing performance.
