As CRM Business Analyst at FXCM, you will have the exciting opportunity to be the go-to person for the robust Salesforce CRM ecosystem. Emphasis will be on working with internal SMEs/Managers/Developers on developing new and improving existing workflows and functionalities.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with business subject matter experts to assess business processes and identify opportunities for process transfer or optimization to increase efficiencies and reduce operational risk
· Secure database hygiene, integrity, and transparent manipulation; master customization and automation functions to enable FXCM to provide outstanding client service
· Provide team training on CRM functions and enhancements to enable the team to translate complex data output, reporting, and business requirements into org's processes
· Develop requirement specifications and user acceptance testing strategies for solutions within Salesforce
· Design, build, test and deploy enhancements using industry best practices
· Constant evaluation to ensure Salesforce security
· Preparing and maintaining documentation on process flows and projects
· Work closely with developers along with business to ensure technical compatibility and end user satisfaction
· Work closely with QA and UA testing teams to ensure new and existing functionality is properly implemented
· Provide peer-to-peer best practice sharing
· Develop user guides/manuals and training materials
· Write business requirement documents for external and internal development
· Analyze and create Business requirements and procedures, and provide solutions
· Responsible for Security/Access settings. Manage access and permissions through User Setup, Roles and Role Hierarchy, Profiles, Permission Sets, Public Groups, and Queues, Sharing Rules, and Security
Qualifications:
Must be eligible to work in Israel
English at a professional level (written and verbal)
· 2+ years of experience as a software business analyst or relevant experience
· Hands-on experience administering and developing Salesforce instances and working with Salesforce related apps is a plus
· Strong attention to detail, with great analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
· Experience in working in a dynamic Agile project delivery environment
· Engineering or programming background is a plus
· Experience managing a small team is a plus
· Business Process Optimization/Management experience strongly preferred
· Willingness to learn/grow with Salesforce's ever-changing environment
Office Location: Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem (Work is from home until government restrictions are lifted.)
Hours: Full time, 42.5 hours per week; Sunday-Thursday OR Monday-Friday, with Friday as a shortened day. (PLUS 20 vacation days a year and holidays)
