This industry-leading tech agency is looking for a motivated, technology-oriented Customer Success Manager for their Marketing Cloud Solutions!
You will be responsible for leading the process from creation to implementation, in addition to managing and growing their digital community. As a multi-discipline role, the job will include many digital product-related management aspects, from providing technical support to customers to content creation, feature specifications, social media management, and more.
Responsibilities:- Master and understand the current technical knowledge of all company platforms.- Provide customer service and ensure customer retention.- Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs and success metrics crucial to our business and customers.- Generate relevant content to support marketing and sales efforts.- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with the company community- QA for existing and new features in all company platforms
Requirements:- English mother tongue or native level - MUST!- Bachelor's degree.- Service-oriented personality with a can-do attitude.- Self-learning, analytical, problem-solving, and able to work under pressure.- Excellent written & interpersonal communication skills.- Technical skills for guiding customers through technical processes.- Comfortable leading workshops and training sessions.- Experience with HubSpot Service hub - advantage.- High intelligence.
Working HoursFull-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM (Friday till 3:30PM).This position is located in Tel Aviv.
