A fast-growing startup the HR tech industry in Tel Aviv is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join their team!
The ideal candidate should have extensive expertise in building B2B relationships; and a big advantage for experience in the HR-Tech field.
Responsibilities:- Acting as a trusted advisor and establishing excellent relationships to showcase the value of the company's product and ensuring customer happiness and engagement, from onboarding through usage expansion.- Exploring and closing opportunities for expansion of your portfolio to achieve sales quotas, in addition to upselling within the current portfolio - Representing the customer's needs and feature requests to the company's internal teams - Product, R&D, Support etc.
Requirements:- Passion for the HR field and a desire to make the world a better place for recruiters and candidates- Extensive experience in account management / customer success management and closing deals in a SaaS company- Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to work in a startup environment.- Native English (a must)
