We’re looking for a Customer success manager to join our amazing growing team where each team member makes an impact.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact and liaison between clients and the rest of the team
Work closely with the production team and technical support to solve technical issues
Research and communication with the company’s corporate clients with regards to their needs, handling complaints regarding service, suggestions for improvement and ability to apply conclusions to the workflows in the company.
Review and manage all outgoing communications by email, ticketing systems, and phones.
Must have:
English proficiency (spoken and written)
Possess deep knowledge to support your customers with proven experience in professional services, account management or project management roles.
Tech-savvy, ability to manage and prioritize multiple investigations.
Proven track record in delivering great value to your customers.
