An iconic beauty brand full of hair and body products are looking for an Ecommerce Key Account Manager to join their team!!
Under the direction of the Ecommerce Director, the Ecommerce Key Account Manager is responsible for managing the Ecommerce strategy and day to day with strategic and local pure players in the company.
Responsibilities: - Responsible for defining, partnering and executing the brand eCommerce strategy across key accounts. - Build a sustainable relationship with accounts buyers and marketing team to drive agreed business growth and turnover - Support local distributors with their local Ecommerce initiatives, monitor performance and set action plans - Develop plan, KPI and Goals for each Ecommerce partner - Be innovate and activate new product launches, promotions and collaborations with marketing and digital for increasing brand presence and sales - Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans - Monitor brand presence and visibility - Ensure consistency of brand presence to end consumers including brand pages, product page details, educational content and special offering for an excellent customer experience - Analyze performance in terms of profitability, sales revenues and potential growth to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities - Identifying industry trends - Identify new marketing opportunities to increase direct sales and brand awareness
Requirements: - Deep eCommerce and digital understanding - Business results oriented: ability to perform, to budget and manage forecast - Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills - Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details - Excellent verbal and written communications skills - Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience - Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
