A TLV-based startup that’s on a mission to change the work experience for 80% of the world’s global workforce is looking for a Head of SEO to join their team!
As the Head of SEO you’re responsible for driving the company's organic growth. You will build and execute a holistic SEO strategy to expand brand awareness and generate traffic that grows pipeline and revenue.
The ideal candidate has previous experience leading SEO teams for SaaS companies. The successful candidate should be a people person with a strong analytical mindset, vast inbound marketing knowledge, and skills in project management.
You will work closely with Product Management, R&D, Content, and Studio to define and implement the company's SEO strategy.
Main Goals:
- Maintain and grow the organic ARR % of the total annual revenue.
- Promote brand awareness by driving highly relevant organic traffic to our various web properties.
- Deliver actionable insights to the R&D, product, and other marketing teams reliant on the organic performance analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the company's SEO efforts.
Identify new ways to increase organic ranking, traffic, and revenue.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy which includes content, technical SEO, linking, and other aspects to achieve long-term sustainable growth.
- Pioneer the vision for your team, and determine department goals, metrics, and deadlines.
- Set clear and structured plans to achieve team success and then execute that vision.
- Work with department heads to streamline cross-team operations, break down silos, and foster clear communication channels.
- Identify training needs, provide coaching, and mentor your team members.
- Inspire, motivate, and help team members reach their potential.
Requirements:
- 4 years+ experience in B2B Marketing in global, digital companies.
- 2 years+ experience leading SEO teams.
- Vast experience building and implementing SEO strategies and processes.
- Experience planning, building, analyzing and optimizing organic user journeys from a SaaS perspective.
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup culture.
- Ability to plan and manage multiple projects at the same time.
- A strong attention to detail and is results-driven.
- An understanding of what makes fitting content for users and search engines.
- Excellent knowledge of on/off-page SEO best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in a multicultural multi-stakeholder environment.
- High level of written & verbal English communication.
- A growth hacker's mentality, with a methodical & organized approach.
- Effectively translates ideas into action plans & results.
- Comfortable analyzing data to derive actionable insights
