The SDR team serves as the first point of contact with potential customers, and is responsible for sourcing and qualifying prospects, before connecting them to their sales executives.
Responsibilities: - Generate new business through outbound opportunities - Grow the lead pipeline through brand collection - Perform discovery conversations with potential clients - Conduct in depth research on brands and industry trends - Became a specialist in your personal favorite industries - Be on first name basis with top executives in brands you use daily - Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads - Use creative communications designed to increase customer interest in the company’s products - Meet and exceeding your monthly quota of qualified demo calls - Understand the business needs of our prospects and clearly articulating the company’s value proposition to them - Document lead generation activities and maintain an organized CRM - Creatively identify each customer needs - Pitch the solution to all relevant stakeholders
Requirements: - Must have a love for content , Youtube , Podcasts - Highly independent and self motivated - High level of English - Experience in sales or other client facing positions - Excels under pressure - Out of the Box thinker who looks for creative solutions - Go-Getter, resourceful, with a strong work ethic - Strong written communication skills - Experience using a CRM system
