A SaaS company that provides a software platform that specializes in accelerating their work to create better products is looking for a Senior Marketing Automation Manager.
Execute marketing automation projects to help our marketing team manage tasks and optimize performance.
Program development and execution in Marketo, including segmentation, testing and deployment.
Monitor Marketo automation rules and logic, forms, SFDC integration, etc.
Solve problems and work closely with the rest of the marketing team on how to best drive the business forward.
Develop campaign frameworks and work hand in hand with the performance team responsible for daily execution.
Drive improvement of program effectiveness through advanced audience segmentation, journey mapping, A/B testing and scoring.
Implement nurture sequences based on leads’ status, channels or programs.
Partner across the operations and marketing teams to amplify the effectiveness of data integrity management and new technology integrations.
Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns and programs.
Stay on top of automation best practices to stay ahead of global industry trends related to digital demand generation and multi-channel marketing.
3+ years of experience in Marketo (Marketo certification preferred), syncing with Salesforce, operations and performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with campaign execution and an expert grasp of audience segmentation, integrated nurture, and outbound campaigns.
Experience building high volume of programs in Marketo.
Ability to develop campaign strategies, segment and target audiences for engagement and conversion.
Experience with the QA process when working in Marketo, and knowledge of flows, triggers, smart campaigns, and smart lists.
Familiarity with sophisticated Martech ecosystems and capabilities such as event/webinar platforms, attribution solutions, lead routing, personalization, ABM tools, etc.
Strong analytical skills and business sense to connect marketing technology and operations strategy to business applications and campaign results.
Strong collaborator who seeks out cross-functional feedback and input to build comprehensive strategies.
