A successful B2B company in Tel Aviv is looking for a Customer Success Manager. This company has developed the first world business relationship graph to enable B2B companies to engage their market with customers’ relationships resulting in a high response rate, fewer touch-points, and a lower budget.
Responsibilities • Provide excellent support to customers via email, zoom, and phone, to understand their needs and ensure their success • Manage customer trials / POCs to enable smooth on-boarding and continuous value of their product. • Manage the customer's delivery versus the contracts to prepare the collection. • Update everything in the Salesforce CRM. • Drive engagement & adoption and foster enthusiastic, passionate customers. • Proactively identify gaps in the product and provide feedback to the R&D team. • Manual QA throughout the sales cycle to ensure quality and delivery on time. • Prepare customized demos according to sales requirements.
Requirements: • 4 years of pre-sales work experience with customers. • Proven track record - demonstrated ability to onboard, train, and add value to new customers. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Hebrew and English. • A tech-savvy person that is familiar with cloud-based solutions (e.g., Gsuite. LinkedIn Sales Navigator) • Technical orientation and scriptwriting is a plus. • Previous B2B SaaS and enterprise software experience. • Native English speaker/writer.
Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (technical degree is a plus)
