A successful B2B company in Tel Aviv is looking for a Customer Success Manager. This company has developed the first world business relationship graph to enable B2B companies to engage their market with customers’ relationships resulting in a high response rate, fewer touch-points, and a lower budget.
Responsibilities• Provide excellent support to customers via email, zoom, and phone, to understand their needs and ensure their success• Manage customer trials / POCs to enable smooth on-boarding and continuous value of their product.• Manage the customer's delivery versus the contracts to prepare the collection.• Update everything in the Salesforce CRM.• Drive engagement & adoption and foster enthusiastic, passionate customers.• Proactively identify gaps in the product and provide feedback to the R&D team.• Manual QA throughout the sales cycle to ensure quality and delivery on time.• Prepare customized demos according to sales requirements.
Requirements:• 4 years of pre-sales work experience with customers.• Proven track record - demonstrated ability to onboard, train, and add value to new customers.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – Hebrew and English.• A tech-savvy person that is familiar with cloud-based solutions (e.g., Gsuite. LinkedIn Sales Navigator)• Technical orientation and scriptwriting is a plus.• Previous B2B SaaS and enterprise software experience.• Native English speaker/writer.
Education & Experience:• Bachelor’s or master’s degree (technical degree is a plus)
